The OM build was very popular amongst fingerpickers as a special order model for decades before it finally became a regular, standard Martin model 1990s. Today it is the second most copied shape of C. F. Martin & Co. The OM-42 features beautiful East Indian rosewood back and sides, a spruce top and a genuine mahogany neck. A beautiful abalone inlay traces the outline of the top, end of the fingerboard and soundhole. The headstock is bound in antique white and spots the classic block logo, inlayed in abalone while the fret markers are style 45 snow flakes. This may well be the last guitar you'll ever buy.
